At Ca la Fustera we designed our price list according to the usual holiday seasons in Spain, trying to always be the most favorable for our customers. Our prices are always including bed and bath linen, final cleaning and water and gas supplies. Electricity consumption is borne by the customer, who will pay for the kilowatts consumed by the price set by the electricity distribution company. The electricity generated by our solar plant, is free! No other fee has to be paid by the customer, unless the 400€ of cash bond in the checkin at Ca La Fustera and it will be returned by bank transfer after the house cleaning and one week maximum upon departure. From this deposit the amount of electricity consumption will be deducted and, if the customer or his companions has produced any damage during his stay, the cost thereof shall be deducted.
The 2025 season begins at Ca La Fustera on May 30th, 2025 and ends on December 20th, 2025, with the minimum stay being 5 nights, except from Jule 5th to August 31th, 2025, which will be full weeks that will begin and end on Saturdays. There is no maximum stay limit.
To calculate the total cost of stay, full weeks are counted first, applying the cost thereof, and if there are additional nights, it will be counted for its individual price. If during the stay were to apply two or more different rates, by match seasonal changes, the same method described above applies but considering that if the day the rate change occurs is not completed a week’s stay with initial rate, should be counted the nights stay as individual price, although the total stay is a week or more.
The number of people staying doesn’t influence the final cost of the stay.

FOOTNOTE:
For indicated dates , the minimum stay will be 5 days at the client’s discretion with following prices:
- Fridays and Saturdays: €375 per night.
- Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: €315 per night.
In addition, on these dates, an additional €150 fee per reservation will be charged for final cleaning.
CHECK-IN AFTER 8:00 PM
Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional fee of €50.
LATE CHECKOUT
Although the departure from Ca La Fustera at the end of the stay must be done before 10:00 a.m., it’s possible to contract late checkout, at 6:00 p.m., as long as there is availability for it. The cost of this service is 50% of the assigned cost for the day of departure.
RESERVATIONS
To make a reservation, customers can check availability for the dates he wants on the Booking Calendar page, or in the calendars located in the left bar of our pages. In these calendars customers will also find the contact form to complete and send us. Once we receive the customer reservation request, we will check the dates chosen are actually available and we will send to customer a confirmation email with the booking contract, the final price (customer will be able to calculate using our Price List), and how to pay the amount of the reservation, which may be paid by bank transfer, with no additional charge, or by PayPal, with a charge of an 4% of the amount paid, in reserve management concept.
The amount to be paid for the reservation is 35% of the total stay cost and must be paid within 24 hours from receipt of our confirmation email. During these 24 hours the dates will be locked to prevent other customers to reserve them. If we don’t receive the payment for the booking within 24 hours, requested dates are unlocked and marked as available in the Booking Calendar and the customer would need to make a new reservation.
If the requested reservation is for a checkin date for less than 30 days remaining, the customer must pay at time of booking the full amount thereof. If for checkin date there are more than 30 days remaining, the customer, after payment of 35% of the amount of the stay at reservation, must pay the 65% remaining before 30 days remaining to the checkin date. Otherwise the reservation would be canceled and the conditions for cancellations in our agreement will be applied.
CANCELATIONS
If the customer wishes to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation, must notify as soon as possible by email to reservas@calafustera.com, considering that if the cancellation is made 45 days or more before the checkin date, will be entitled to refund of 100% of the stay cost; if it has done with an advance of between 45 and 30 days before the checkin date, will be entitled to a refund of 65% of the stay cost; and if it is done with an advance of 30 days or less before the checkin date, will not be entitled to a refund of any amount.
